BestBet Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

1General Terms

Welcome to BestBet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BestBet ("BestBet", "us", "we", "the Platform") in connection with your use of the bestbet.life website and all associated services, games, and betting markets accessible through it.

By accessing BestBet, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BestBet platform.

These Terms should be read alongside BestBet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and BestBet. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

BestBet operates exclusively as an entertainment platform. Players are personally responsible for verifying that their use of BestBet complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction before participating.

2Account Registration

To use BestBet's full range of betting and gaming services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

2.1 Account Accuracy

All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful, accurate, and current. BestBet is entitled to verify any information provided and to request documentary evidence at any time. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or misrepresenting your identity — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one BestBet account only. Duplicate accounts — whether in the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are prohibited. BestBet's systems actively detect duplicate account usage. Where multiple accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Bonuses credited to any duplicate account will be voided.
• Winnings derived from bets placed using bonus funds on a duplicate account may be confiscated.
• The primary account may also be reviewed and restricted.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BestBet login credentials. BestBet recommends using a unique password not shared with any other service. Any activity occurring through your account is considered to be authorised by you unless you have previously reported your account as compromised via BestBet customer support. BestBet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.

3Eligibility & Age Verification

BestBet services are available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating a BestBet account, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above. BestBet takes underage gambling seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt to circumvent this requirement.

3.1 Age Verification Process

BestBet may request age verification documentation at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review of account activity. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) showing your full name and date of birth. Where the CNIC date of birth is not clearly legible, additional documentation may be requested.

3.2 Suspended Access During Verification

BestBet reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access — and in some circumstances betting access — while age verification is pending. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which an account was found to belong to a person under 18 will be voided. The deposited funds will be returned subject to verification of the deposit source.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

BestBet's services are directed at players accessing the platform from Pakistan. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of BestBet does not contravene any law applicable to them in their specific location. BestBet does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by national law and enforcement is active.

4Deposits & Payments

BestBet accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All supported payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards — are available through the Deposit section of your BestBet wallet.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on BestBet is Rs 500 for mobile wallet and card methods, and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfer. BestBet does not impose a maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though very large deposits may trigger an additional verification request in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and Visa/Mastercard are credited to your BestBet account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. IBFT deposits may take up to one hour during standard banking hours. BestBet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

Funds deposited to BestBet must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited. Where BestBet determines that deposit funds originated from a third-party account, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7 before they become eligible for withdrawal.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on BestBet is Rs 1,000 across all supported channels. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.2 Same-Source Policy

For security purposes, BestBet operates a same-source withdrawal policy. Your withdrawal will be directed to the same payment channel used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This policy protects your funds from being diverted to unknown accounts by any unauthorised party who may gain temporary access to your login credentials.

5.3 Processing Times

• Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay: 5–15 minutes during standard hours.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 30 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours (Monday–Saturday).
• Visa/Mastercard: Up to 24 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

BestBet does not charge withdrawal fees on amounts up to Rs 100,000. For withdrawals exceeding Rs 100,000 in a single transaction, a processing fee may apply. The applicable fee will be displayed clearly on the withdrawal confirmation screen before you confirm the request.

5.5 KYC Requirement

All first-time withdrawals and any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 require completed identity verification. Players must upload a clear photograph of the front and back of their Pakistani CNIC through the account settings document upload area. BestBet will complete verification within a few hours of submission during business hours. Withdrawal requests will be queued but not dispatched until verification is confirmed.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on BestBet are subject to the specific rules of the market in which they are placed, in addition to these general Terms. Market-specific rules are available within the relevant sports or game section of the BestBet platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until BestBet's system has issued a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. In cases of technical error, network interruption, or system failure that prevents a confirmation being issued, the bet will be void and any staked amount will be returned to your BestBet balance. BestBet's decision on whether a bet has been validly accepted is final.

6.2 Obvious Pricing Errors

BestBet reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were published as a result of a manifest error — for example, a decimal odds price of 100.00 that should have been 1.00. Where a pricing error is identified, BestBet will notify affected players and either void the relevant bets or settle them at the correct price at its discretion. This applies to all markets including sports, virtual sports, and in-play betting.

6.3 Maximum Payout

BestBet imposes a maximum single-bet payout limit of Rs 5,000,000 per settled event. Combination bets accumulating to above this threshold will be settled at the maximum payout value rather than the full calculated return. The maximum payout applies across all sports and market types.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play markets on BestBet reflect live event data. BestBet suspends in-play markets at its discretion during critical match moments — goals, wickets, penalty decisions — to allow odds to update accurately. Any bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and no stake will be deducted. Bets confirmed before a suspension event are settled at the confirmed odds regardless of subsequent market movements.

7Bonuses & Promotions

BestBet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual promotion page at bestbet.life/promotions, as well as the general bonus terms set out here. In case of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded to your BestBet account carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money. The standard wagering requirement on welcome bonuses is 10x the bonus amount. Cashback bonuses carry a 1x wagering requirement. The specific requirement for any given promotion is stated on that promotion's detail page.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new BestBet accounts on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing accounts, accounts that have previously claimed a welcome bonus, and accounts that have been identified as duplicate accounts of existing players are not eligible for welcome bonuses. BestBet reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if the account is determined to be ineligible.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds credited to your BestBet account expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without replacement. Wagering progress towards an expired bonus is also reset.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

BestBet actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing only low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, depositing solely to claim a bonus with no genuine intention to play, or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus funds. Any account found to be abusing BestBet promotions may have its bonuses voided, be restricted to no-bonus terms, or be suspended from the platform entirely.

7.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

BestBet reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions will have their bonus credited as agreed. New opt-ins will not be accepted after a promotion has been closed.

8Card Games & Aviator

BestBet's card games — including Teen Patti, Blackjack, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and Three Card Poker — and the Aviator crash game operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested to ensure that outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player action or BestBet configuration after a round begins.

8.1 Disconnection During a Game Round

If your connection to BestBet is interrupted during an active game round, the round result will be determined by the server-side outcome regardless of your connection status. For Blackjack, a default Stand action is applied if your connection is not restored within the decision timer. For Aviator, if your cashout instruction is not received before the game crashes, your stake is lost in accordance with the standard game outcome. BestBet is not responsible for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side.

8.2 Game History

A complete history of all game rounds played on BestBet — including stake amount, outcome, and settlement — is available in your account's game history section for a period of 90 days. If you identify a discrepancy in your game history, please contact BestBet support within 48 hours of the round in question.

9Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BestBet and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and in serious cases, legal referral:

• Creating or operating more than one BestBet account simultaneously.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using BestBet for money laundering or any activity intended to obscure the source of funds.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to place bets without human input.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards BestBet staff or other players.
• Sharing account login credentials with any third party for the purpose of allowing them to bet on your behalf.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen card details or compromised wallet accounts.

BestBet cooperates fully with relevant authorities on matters relating to financial crime and will provide account information where legally required. Players engaging in any of the above activities waive all rights to funds held in their BestBet account pending the outcome of any investigation.

10Account Suspension & Closure

BestBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. In cases involving suspected fraud, AML concerns, or violation of these Terms, accounts may be suspended immediately and without prior notice. In other cases — such as disputes about account usage or promotional eligibility — BestBet will aim to notify the player before taking action.

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your BestBet account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances are voided upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been completed.

10.2 Dormant Accounts

A BestBet account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity occurs for a continuous period of 12 months. BestBet will send email notifications to the registered address before applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts with a real-money balance may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 deducted from the dormant balance until it reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Accounts can be reactivated by logging in and completing any required verification.

11Responsible Gaming

13Limitation of Liability

BestBet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. BestBet is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses including lost profits, lost winnings, or losses arising from third-party service failures such as payment provider outages or telecommunications interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits BestBet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by BestBet's negligence to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14Changes to These Terms

BestBet may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BestBet will publish the updated Terms at bestbet.life/terms-conditions with a revised effective date, and will send a notification to your registered email or display a notice within the platform at your next login.

Continued use of BestBet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using BestBet and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

Minor changes — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter meaning, or updates to reflect changes in contact information — may be made without prior notice and do not constitute material amendments for the purposes of this section.
